Hey, I’m Angie.
Orlando’s friendly neighborhood dance teacher!
My Approach
Fun, yet Technical
I blend fun and technical learning in ballroom dance by combining easy and natural movements with detailed instruction. My approach ensures that students enjoy the process while mastering the essential skills and techniques. I also have a strong knowledge in both the DVIDA and Arthur Murray syllabi, allowing me to provide well-rounded and versatile instruction.
Affordable and Comfortable
I offer affordable ballroom dance lessons in a safe and welcoming environment, valuing the importance of fun and personal growth. My students enjoy taking their dancing and what they've learned out into the world, having a great time. This ensures you can learn with confidence, ease, and a true sense of belonging, all at your own pace.
Social Dancing, Competitive Dancing, and Wedding Dances
I teach ballroom dance at both social and competitive levels. Whether you're dancing for fun or aiming to compete, I provide the guidance you need to excel in either or both. I also emphasize the importance of proper social dance etiquette, ensuring you feel confident in any dance setting. Additionally, I choreograph wedding dances, helping couples prepare and feel confident for their special performance.
What students are saying!
David B.
Ballroom Dance Student
“Angie is a fantastic dance teacher! She's attentive and thoughtful in her planning and teaching! Her energy is awesome and welcoming. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, you will walk away having learned something and most importantly, having had fun!”

Wedding Dance
"My husband and I used Angie to choreograph our wedding dance and to learn some social dancing. We loved it! Angie is so inventive and choreographed a first dance that was beautiful yet attainable for our skill level. My husband and I also enjoyed our classes with Angie where we could prioritize our relationship through dancing. It’s basically like a dance lesson and therapy in one. If you are considering choreographing your first dance, do it! And do it with Angie."
Artimus & Matt
Social Dance Students
“Angie is a wonderful dance teacher. Her commitment to having us understand the dance, and walking us through anything that we don’t, is a huge hallmark of her teaching style. She breaks things down to a manageable level and allows us to perfect it within the larger scale of the dance so that we understand it inherently and are able to incorporate it successfully into the dance. Her kindness and amiable nature is also very apparent upon meeting her and I truly appreciate the upbeat energy she brings to our lessons.”
